Ronnie Masgay remembers a service call he went on several years ago where the HVAC company he was working for wanted to sell a homeowner a new $20,000 furnace. The customer, a woman with her son, was clearly distraught by sticker shock, sitting at her kitchen table and crying. 

“I later went back and took a look at her furnace on my own and saw that she really only needed a fuel filter and nozzle replaced,” said Masgay. “I fixed her furnace for $400 instead of replacing it, and it is still running to this day!” 

That’s when Masgay decided to start his own HVAC company. Seeing the unethical practices of many of his competitors, he wanted to do things differently. Instead, he built a company based on the values of integrity, honesty, and safety.
